Always been into my training, competed in and won London’s fittest firefighter several times. Competed in Austria, Germany and the U.K. In the TFA (toughest firefighter alive). Won a gold medal at the world firefighter games in the TFA. Completed London marathon 8 times, NYC marathon, 6 marathons in 6 days across the Sahara, 62 mile run on South Downs, 47 mile Brecon Beacons ultra. Several other ultra marathons.
Cycled from John O’groats to Lands end unsupported in 5 days.
Won the superhuman games in 2015 with team mate Stuart Crispin.
